Built by Senator Camden in 1903, the Union Trust building continues to serve as a classical cornerstone for the central business district of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Through its real estate division, Siltstone Capital seeks to invests in behind-the-meter (BTM) projects that aim to reduce energy usage through improvements in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC), lighting, energy controls, roofs, windows, building shells, and/or combined heat and power systems. Over the last 2 years, the Union Trust building has undergone a deep energy efficiency retrofit with updated HVAC, lighting and water systems. It now serves as a revitalized and sustainable workplace for several large government entities (DOL, IRS, SSA).
